Andrew and Alison welcome you to Creathorne Farm to enjoy our delightful home and plenty of Cornish hospitality in our 19th century converted Cornish stone barn. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin bedded room, all are situated on the ground floor and are ensuite, one with a luxurious whirlpool bath, all are tastefully and individually furnished and decorated, colour televisions with Freeview Channels, DVD players, radios, hair dryers and tea and coffee making facilities. Relax in our lounge; enjoy comfortable chairs and sofas, a television with free view channels. All rooms are centrally heated with individual temperature controls, making Creathorne a warm and welcoming place to stay at any time of year. Unwind in our private garden, or take a stroll around the farm lanes enjoying the countryside sounds and pleasures. A traditional full English breakfast including cereal and toast is served in our dining room using fresh local produce where possible. Creathorne Farm enjoys a enviable location nestled behind the bay of Widemouth on the rugged North Cornwall coast, approximately 1 mile from the fabulous sandy surfing beach of Widemouth Bay, and the renowned North Cornwall coastal footpath, both of which can be reached within minutes by car or by foot via the footpath in about 20 minutes. Bude, just 3 miles away is the main holiday resort with spacious beaches, rock pools, an indoor play zone, go-carting, a sea bathing pool and an indoor leisure pool. This is the main shopping centre with a good choice of supermarkets, local shops and eating places. Many sporting activities are available in the area, including Golf, Squash, Tennis, Bowls, Ten Pin Bowling, Horse Riding, Putting, Surfing and Body Boarding. We are excellently positioned to explore the many attractions, Cornwall and the South West has to offer from fabulous sandy beaches to the rugged Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, picturesque villages like Clovelly, Padstow and Boscastle are all within easy reach, as are other major attractions such as the world famous Eden Project. Creathorne Farm is a working family farm of about 200 acres, blessed with a peaceful location and surrounded by beautiful countryside where sheep, horses and cattle graze with fantastic sea views and refreshing sea air.
