A conservatory leads off the kitchen which has access to the ample private, fully fenced child friendly garden.

The large spacious lounge has comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove, digital LCD TV and has stunning arched French doors leading onto a decking area in the garden which has garden furniture to relax on a sunny day or evening.
 

The 1st floor has the Master double bedroom with a digital LCD TV,

a 2nd double bedroom,

a third single room and a large family bathroom.
 

The 2nd floor has a further twin bedroom and is built into the eaves with exposed beams.
