How to Book/ Booking Conditions

If you would like to make a booking, firstly please telephone to check availability or complete the online enquiry form  To confirm, a deposit is payable and must be received within seven days together with a written confirmation, otherwise we may re-let the room.

Our Bed and Breakfast tariff is from £30 per person per night based on two people sharing. this is for our Double Room and Twin Room.

Our Luxury Double is from £34.00 per person per night based on two people sharing.

Children are welcome and receive reduced rates when sharing with 2 adults.

Preferential rates are available for longer stays or out of season breaks on request.

Single Occupancy Supplement. From £0 – £30 per person/per night depending on duration of stay and/or time of year.

Single Night Supplement. From £0 - £5 per person depending upon the time of year.

In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded, less a £10 for administration if accommodation can be re-let. Guests are reminded that once a deposit is paid, they are liable in case of cancellation to pay up to two thirds of the total cost of the holiday, if we are unable to re-let the rooms.

We strongly advise that you make your own arrangements for Holiday Insurance.

When your deposit has been received we will then send a letter of confirmation, together with a map showing directions.

Deposit:
Stay of 1/2 nights payment in full
Stay of 3 nights or more - 25% deposit
We accept payments by Cheques, Credit/Debit Cards or Cash.

Please let us know if you intend to arrive before 4pm or after 7pm so that we are ready to welcome you. Once here, the house is always open to our guests.

Prior to your stay with us we request that you advise us of your estimated time of arrival.
We regret that we cannot accept pets due to the close proximity of our livestock and for the enjoyment of our other guests.

Smoking is not permitted with in the house; however guests are welcome to smoke either in the garden or courtyard.

In the event of circumstances beyond the Guest House's control, we reserve the right to vary the prices quoted to an extent that reflects such changed circumstances.

The Guest House reserves the right to cancel a booking:

• At any time prior or on the booked date if it considers that guests are not fit to be received, or if full payment in advance is not made when requested.
• At any time prior to the receipt of the deposit and/or written confirmation.

Damage to Guest House property

The Guest House reserves the right to charge the person or company that made the booking for loss or damage that is not due to normal wear and tear, resulting fom that booking.
