How to Book
If you would like to make a booking, firstly please telephone to check availability or complete the online enquiry form. To confirm a reservation a 25% deposit is payable and must be received within seven days of booking together with a written confirmation, otherwise we may re-let the accommodation. The balance of the holiday cost is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We strongly advise that you make your own arrangements for Holiday Insurance.
When your deposit has been received we will then send a letter of confirmation, together with a map showing directions.

We accept payments by Cheques, Credit/Debit Cards or Cash.
Please make cheques payable to:

Your accommodation is
available for check in from 4pm and we would appreciate if you could inform us
of an estimated arrival time.
Check out on departure day is 10am.
Prior to your stay with us we request that you advise us of
your estimated time of arrival.
We regret that we cannot accept pets due to the close proximity of our livestock and for the enjoyment of our other guests.
Smoking is not permitted within the house; however guests are welcome to smoke either in the garden or courtyard.
In the event of circumstances beyond Creathorne Farm's control, we reserve the right to vary the prices quoted to an extent that reflects such changed circumstances.
Creathorne Farm reserves the right to cancel a booking:
- At any time prior or on the booked date if it considers that guests are not fit to be received, or if full payment in advance is not made when requested.
- At any time prior to the receipt of the deposit and/or written confirmation.
Damage to Creathorne Farm property
Creathorne Farm reserves the right to charge the person or company that made the booking for loss or damage that is not due to normal wear and tear, resulting from that booking.
